 CEPSI 2008 received an overwhelming response to the Call for Papers launched in November 2007 and which officially closed last Friday, February 29, 2008. Nearly 600 abstracts from 30 countries around the world covering various technical, commercial and management topics including utility regulation, power generation, transmission and distribution networks, customer management, utility management, and new and innovative technologies have been received.
