Objective: The photography contest is organized to arouse the interest and attention of the personnel in the power industry to the global issue of climate change, and impel the service providers of power for active support and participation in environment protection.

Qualification: Utilities staff of AESIEAP Members and Associated Members, and all CEPSI 2008 conference delegates.

1. Submitted Entries:
• Theme: Themes of the submitted entries shall reflect the challenges that service providers of power face – the balancing act of providing reliable energy but at the same time mindful of impact on the environment.
• Specification: Each submitted entry must be in digital file sized 1024 x 768 or below, resolution not below 72dpi, IBM-PC zipped file JPEG, and the file size is 1MB or less.
• Quantity: Each participant can submit as many entries as desired.
• Labelling: Each entry must be labeled in English with the title of the photograph together with name, affiliated country and area, contact phone number and email of participant.

5. Terms and Conditions:
   1. The organizer will not be responsible for reading errors of image file downloaded from the network and computer. All submitted entries will not be returned to the participants after the Contest.
   2. The organizer has the right to use the submitted photographs under any circumstance, time, or format without seeking agreement of participants and do not need for any remuneration. The winners have responsibility to lend out original JPEG file (the size of digital file is not less than 3008x2000, resolution is 300dpi above, and the file size is not less than 3MB) to the organizer to print exhibit, publication or making propaganda material, etc.
   3. Participants must bear the responsibility when photos are involving issues of copyright and portrait right.
   4. Participants must comply with the final decision of the Selection Committee and the Selection Committee can disqualify any entry not conforming to these terms and conditions.
   5. If any of these terms and conditions for the Contest is deemed incomplete, the organizer can make necessary amendments to them as deemed appropriate.
